Bag commission
After a long time of not being able to sew, I finished today a commission for a bag and I really enjoyed making one again. Everything went fine and no problems sewing again!

Memory bag
I have not done a lot of sewing this spring and summer because, to my great annoyance, my arm is still not really up to it yet. I have only finished two commissions this season but hopefully this will change next year!
This commission was quite special. One of my cousins gave me a leather coat to use for making bags. It had belonged to her late husband. I promised to make a bag out of this for her first and here it is. I used the epaulettes on the front and back of the bag. The one at the front can be opened and hides a large pocket. The one on the back is just decoration because the large pocket is divided into two.
For the inside I used olive green linen and it has one internal pocket.

Irish handwoven wool
I just finished my first bag since we are back in Ireland. Due to all sorts of problems it took quite a while before I could start again but here we are with this beautiful bag made of vegan suede and handwoven (Irish) wool. Ideal for the dark autumn and winter days! Very spacious and ideal for everyday use!

Another grey bag!
Another commission for a grey, fold-over bag. Same as some that I had made before, just a bit smaller. I love the grey of the bag on the grey of the (new) pebbles:

Very popular S&J series
I finished another commission of the S&J series. It is again different from the original bag: instead of a slip pocket at the back, it has a zippered pocket.
